Petit Gateau is also know as Lava Cake in North America.
- 150g dark chocolate
- 125g Butter
- 100g Flour
- 250g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Beat eggs and sugar until smooth.
Gently fold flour and melted chocolate to the mixture.
Let it rest for 4 hours in the fridge
Put the mixture in a muffin tin. Fill 3/4 and bake it for 12min @ 200°C/400F
