Get 5 medium potatoes, leave the skin on, than boil it with one table spoon of sea salt until is one level before get soft, leave the potatoes to rest 10 minutes and cool down a bit.
That get 7 cloves of garlic and smash it, cut fresh rosemary in small pieces ( 2 branches). Fry the garlic in olive oil ( 4 table spoons) and add the rosemary. When you see that the garlic is changing color, to light gold, you add the potatoes on the pan. Taste the potatoes to see if needs more salt, add ground peepers too. Fry for other 10 minutes until you see that potatoes corners got a bit brown/ golden.
